Description
Tail flower horn (scientific name: Orbea caudata) is a perennial herbaceous plant of the Apocynaceae family, belonging to the genus Orbea, native to southern Madagascar. Its stems are soft and woody, spreading or drooping, with mottled and ridged surfaces. The leaves are alternate and have toothed margins. It prefers warm climates, with a suitable growing temperature of 20–39 °C; temperatures below 10 °C require the plant to be moved indoors. Originally from tropical rainforest environments, it is now cultivated as an ornamental plant.
