Description
Prefer ample sunlight, placing the plant as much as possible on balconies and windowsills where there is plenty of light. From June to September, keep it in a partially shaded, ventilated spot to avoid direct strong light. In indoor dark or rainy conditions, supplement with bright artificial light.
Pay attention to ventilation and avoid watering on rainy days. Avoid water accumulation or rain soaking; ensure ventilation and avoid watering during rainy weather. Spring and autumn are the growing seasons; within suitable temperatures, water once a week with thorough drainage. In winter and summer, adjust watering according to growth. Optimal temperature is 16–28 °C; when above 32 °C or below 7 °C the plant enters dormancy. Generally, temperatures not dropping below 5 °C are safe for overwintering; keep warm and protect from cold wind.
